Galderma Internet Privacy Policy

This is the Privacy Policy for the web site at www.galderma.co.uk (“Web site”), which is operated by Galderma.  “Galderma” (or “we”) are Galderma (UK) Limited (a company registered in England under number 715401) of Meridien House, 69-71 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1DS, England. Galderma respects the privacy of every individual visiting our Web sites. In this Privacy Policy, references to “you” means any person submitting any data to us or the Web site.

Personally Identifiable Information

Galderma may collect personally identifiable information about you when you visit the Web site and submit an enquiry to us, including the following: your name, address, postcode, telephone number, fax number, email address, details of product(s) you are interested in, your enquiry and how you heard about us. We collect that information only when voluntarily provided by a visitor to our Web sites.  

We use that information in order to provide you with information in response to your request. 

If you request a product and we agree to supply it, we may also use information you supply to us to send you the product.

Sharing with the Galderma group of companies

We may share personally identifiable information about you to other companies in the Galderma group of companies (including Galderma SA). Some of those companies may be in countries outside the European Economic Area (such as Switzerland and the USA). Some places outside of the EEA may not have adequate data protection laws at all or may offer differing levels of protection of personal information which are not as high as in the UK. 

Third parties

We may also pass your details to our agents and subcontractors to help us with any of our uses of your data set out in our Privacy Policy. For example, we may use third parties to assist us with hosting our Web site, or to analyse data traffic on our Web site.
